As powerful Pokemon, Yveltal and Xerneas have special cards representing their 'reverse holo' forms. Legendary Pokemon Yveltal and Xerneas, featured heavily in the Kalos region games, are also featured in the set. Many of these Pokemon make use of the Mega Evolution mechanic introduced in the sixth generation of Pokemon games. The set consists of over 80 cards, including over a dozen new Pokemon from the Kalos region. Released in 2015, the set features cards from the Kalos region-the location of the sixth generation of Pokemon video games.
