This doesn't require any special action, just make sure you hit this jump and get onto the next section. If you want to slow down just jump a bit for handling. Reaching this point, you might want to start preparing for the 3 jumps. You can practice the jumps while you're at it. Just do the snow boarding normally until after eggman's planes have stopped raining missiles down your way.
